After the slow meticulous climb up 100 steps, you will come face to face with one of Indiana's most haunted cemeteries. 100 Steps is over 100 years old, and is still active today. It may not be very big, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in scares. With all the vandalism this cemetery has seen, it's no wonder these spirits are restless. But the real question is, how forgiving are they of unsuspecting trespassers?
This week we're in Poland, Indiana, but, an OSTS first, as far as we could find, there is actually no legend for this location, and we're honestly not even sure how we found it in the first place.. but don't let that deter you. This story holds up just as well as any legend. In some cases maybe even more.
One of the largest in the state, this cemetery is the final resting place for over 16,000 people. Although peaceful, with numbers like that there are bound to be spirits who aren't quite at rest yet. Lucky for us, we didn't have to look very hard to find them.
We're heading up north this week to Peru, Indiana. A haunted woods with a questionably spooky name, but don't let that fool you. It's been 12 years since our visit here, but a sudden discovery may have turned this circus town into much more than are expected.
Given that Indiana is the home to the covered bridge capital of the world, chances were pretty good that one if them was going to be haunted, right? This week we are in Clinton, IN diving into the tragic story of Edna and her sudden demise. Was she a little girl? Was she a mother? Was it both? But most important, will someone please tell them McDonald's has breakfast all day so they'll stop following us?
